Our Philosophy

Guiding riders since 1997, traveling with a light footprint on the Baja peninsula and safety have always been our top priorities.

We achieve this with smaller, well matched groups using Tim's "no dust speed" passing ranchos and homes with clean laundry hanging and kids waving from their schoolyards begging you to pop wheelies for them!

YES! There's plenty of space to shift up and roost Baja like you came to do, we'll definitely get your heart pounding.

Our Leader

Tim Morton, our owner and guide, was inducted into the Off Road Motorsports Hall of Fame in October of 2021.

His love of Baja California, vast local knowledge, and flawless logistics are what makes Baja Bound tour rides the premier riding vacation.

Each of Tim's rides is custom tailored for every skill level to enjoy.

Tim is well known for his Baja racing career as a factory rider for

Team Honda, BMW, and Kawasaki.

Although he holds 4 SCORE-International Pro Motorcycle Points Championships, among other titles, he's most proud of his 100% finishing rate with his arrive and race program building top quality race bikes and supporting racers from all over the globe.

Dakar Pros to desert racing Novices have all achieved their racing dreams under Tim's guidance.

We never mix Novices with Pros or Experts with Beginners!

If you're not sure where you fit in, just ask. We'll gladly steer you to the group that best fits your ability and adventure vacation goals.

Or, round up your riding buddies for your own private trip.

Don't worry about riding over your head to keep up or getting bored on easy roads all day when you came to roost.

Tim chooses routes based on the skill level of every group and each ride is different. You'll be conquering Baja with riders of similar ability on terrain you'll enjoy and at a pace to keep you challenged yet safe.
